RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Participate in audits related to IT governance and compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT governance.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance, compliance status, and risk management to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to align IT activities with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT governance policies and best practices.
- Promote awareness of IT governance and its importance across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improving IT governance practices and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure contracts and service agreements align with the organization's IT governance policies and objectives.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that control objectives are being acted upon and met.
