Role Overview:
INSPYR Solutions is in search of a contractor to assist with critical projects within the Risk Program Implementation Team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that the objectives of the Risk Program are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to execute data quality improvement initiatives across various program requirements, including Issue, Risk, and Control Records.
Assist in the design and execution of programs, utilizing insights from peer experiences to guide development.
Conduct ongoing assessments of second line of defense Policies and Standards related to Risk Assessment, ensuring that program implementation aligns with established minimum standards.
Facilitate the rollout and execution of essential deliverables.
Provide assistance in managing regulatory tasks, including coordination with the Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) team to oversee task deliverables, timelines, and key documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with essential risk and control identification methodologies; experience with GRC tools is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, with advanced capabilities in Excel.
Experience in analyzing and presenting extensive data sets to senior management.
Background in project management, regulatory remediation, or related fields.
Experience in executing risk programs, including Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and Risk and Control Identification.
Proficient in Issue Management.
