Do you enjoy troubleshooting, pulling wire, bending pipe and computing electrical formulas? Can you install control circuits and other components? Are you able to read, interpret, and understand electrical plans, complex circuit schematics, and blueprints? 



Major Duties:

  • Work in remote areas building substations and electrical infrastructure
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code
  • Be a self-starter
  • Be dependable
  • Learn to think like an owner and to live the “Quality, Integrity, Performance and Versatility” creed
  • Must be willing to travel 75% of the time. 
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager


QUALIFICATIONS OF AN OUTSIDE WIREMAN

  • Have an active Utah State Journeyman electrical license
  • Substation construction preferred
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift to 100lbs
  • CDL preferred


This full-time position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. As a full-time Licensed Journeyman Outside Wireman, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).

WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
