In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes at our OrthoAtlanta Surgery Center of Fayetteville. You'll oversee every aspect of the center's operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, financial success, and top-notch patient care.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a business plan to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

- Effective Communicator: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of the essential job functions are:
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate activities to ensure professional medical/nursing care for each patient
- Develop, implement, and audit entity specific policies and procedures
- Implement established financial, administrative, and personnel policy and procedures as well as standards of conduct
- Provide direction for evaluation of all facility programs and committee activities, including but not limited to Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, Infection Control, and delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Monitor and review appropriate scheduling and staffing activities of patients, physicians, and personnel to ensure quality of services and cost efficiencies
- Develop and monitor guidelines and standards for assuring compliance with state licensure, CMS, federal regulations (OSHA, CLIA, etc) and accreditation.
- Oversee all aspects related to staffing including performance management, mentorship, recruitment, training, retraining and credentialing
- Perform other administrative duties as delegated or assigned by the Governing Body and Senior Leadership
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. (A background in nursing is a plus)
- Brings 3+ years of experience in ASC management and operations to the table.
- Has a keen understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building successful teams.

Requirements:- Licensed Registered Nurse preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Nursing or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s in Healthcare or Business preferred.
- 8 -10 years of professional work experience in Healthcare
- 5 years of healthcare management experience ideally in an ASC setting
- Orthopedic experience a plus
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of clinical and business operations of the facility
- Knowledge of surgical workflow
- Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources without compromising patient satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of state, regulatory, CMS and AAAHC accrediting requirements
- Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
- Expert verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
