This is a Fulltime 40 hour a week onsite position.


Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist performs complex administrative duties, under
limited supervision. This role requires frequent contact with staff, applicants, interns. May assist with benefit accrual, time-off balancing and reconciliation, absence management including leaves, records maintenance, recognition programs, wellness programs, and CME/educational programs. The HR Generalist will provide timely completion of unemployment and worker’s compensation claims, as well as preparation and processing of personnel and/or payroll actions. Interviewing, on-boarding, and exiting of FHCW staff.

The role requires the HR Generalist to have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to work independently with limited supervision. The position involves a significant amount of administrative and operational tasks.

Educational Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related
field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Targeted training in benefits, human
resources, or payroll administration is preferred.

Experience Required:

This position requires a minimum of five years of experience
in human resources, with preference in benefits administration or payroll. Proven experience and knowledge required in
the areas of employee relations, benefits, and staff communications preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills and organizational
skills required. MS Office/Outlook and experience with internet-based
applications for HR and payroll required.

Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification:

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
