In This Role
  • Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to your shift 
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed
  • Enforce product handling and stocking procedures and standards 
  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy 
  • Manage the distribution and execution of daily assignments, including any special projects 
  • Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the Internal Corrective Action Reporting (ICAR) process
  • Assist in securing the facilities at the end of the day
  • Ensure the facility is clean and all safety programs are being followed 
  • Drive efforts to meet warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Correct unsafe conditions and report any uncorrectable conditions to the Warehouse Manager immediately
  • Conduct stand-up meetings at the beginning of each shift to review past performance and discuss the current day's workload 
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to meet company goals and objectives 
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team 
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person
  •  Over 2 years of proven supervisory experience 
  •  Minimum of 2 years' experience in receiving operations 
  •  At least 4 years of comprehensive warehouse distribution experience required 
  • Lift 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs. repeatedly with assistance
  • Operate manual and electric material handling equipment, such as hand trucks, fork lifts and order pickers
  • Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, reaching in a warehouse environment
  • Forklift experience/certification preferred but not required but must have the ability to be trained
  • Identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed
  • Basic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Required to wear steel toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
