  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the performance and functionality of audiovisual equipment, including AV rack equipment, controllers, speakers, and projectors.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to execute additional tasks as needed.
  • Lift heavy weights up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, or late hours to support event requirements.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for company as needed.
  • Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and understand and meet client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client, vendors, and team interactions.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the AV industry.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required for events.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Must have an AV company experience.
