We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of marketing automation tools and strategies, with a passion for optimizing campaigns and ensuring visibility through software setup. This role is pivotal to the effective use of marketing automation solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will:

  • Assist in customization of new technology to drive lead generation, qualification, and closed customers.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within HubSpot, working to append data as needed to improve segmentation and targeting.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Maintain relationships between custom objects and standard objects within HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
  • Assist with Help Desk tickets to ensure best-in-class for marketing and sales team members.
  • Create and iterate on customization of views, properties, and workflows.
  • Enhance and administer lead scoring, lead routing and automation to ensure the right person gets the right interaction at the right time.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure comprehensive and accurate datasets.
  • Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
  • Work closely with Data Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics across all Hubs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation Lead to align software improvements with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Assist with creating, implementing, and monitoring automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance by analyzing data and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Assist with developing and managing lead nurturing workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure organization of campaigns, filters and software setup is optimized to provide insights based on business needs.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience HubSpot as a marketing automation platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  • Knowledge of technical email marketing best practices.
  • Certifications in HubSpot implementation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
