Job Description:   As a Marketing Communications Assistant at Promotion PIA, you will support the marketing team in executing communication strategies and campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in marketing communications, offering opportunities for growth and professional development. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing content for various marketing materials, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Support: Help coordinate and execute marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Social Media Management: Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to provide insights and inform communication strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, organizing files, and preparing reports.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and communication principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
