We are seeking an individual with great communication skills to work in the vacation rental industry. Tasks include taking reservations, guest interaction and correspondence, various reporting, software entry, scheduling skills, ability to work independently, knowledge of internet, and able to meet deadlines. Internet marketing skills would be helpful. This individual would also assist management with other tasks such as data list maintenance, coding invoices, property notices, some filing, fielding phone calls and greeting vendors.

Hours can be flexible, but some Saturdays and holidays will be required. Pay is commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a Vacation Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Vacation Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the rental process and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for guests and will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

- Manage the rental process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contracts, check in, check out and inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or concerns

Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
