We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We are hiring immediately
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform repairs for luxury rental homes
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Quality inspections and stage properties for guest arrivals as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Skilled in drywall repair, texturing and painting, caulking showers, minor plumbing and electrical, minor carpentry, tile and wood floor replacement, appliance and HVAC repair and troubleshooting, troubleshooting electronics, troubleshooting and repairing various maintence issues
- Have your own reliable truck and basic tools (our homes are all within a 2 miles radius)
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Live within a 25 minute drive of Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach
