Mission of the Position

The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative position is to provide our customers with accurate and timely quotes for consulting services and technology products. The primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are to complete the majority of incoming quote requests each day, manage the renewal process for existing maintenance/support contracts, and provide sales support to Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers. The Inside Sales Representative should have and display the core values and key competencies listed below in addition to meeting all the requirements and accountabilities.


Key Accountabilities

  1. Process new tickets on the Purchasing Service Board
  2. Create quotes for new customer solutions
  3. Create renewal quotes for existing maintenance and support contracts
  4. Receive incoming packages in our CRM
  5. Collaborate with internal and external parties on creating and maintaining deals in pipeline


Key Requirements:

  • High-school Diploma, Some College Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
