Talis Group’s client is a leading manufacturer of kitchen and bath hardware in Louisville, KY. They are seeking an Insides Sales Representative to assist with the management of online sales, quotes, and backup for the phones. This is a detail-oriented role that will pivot from managing online orders to providing quality customer service by way of quotes and responding to product knowledge questions with customers. The hours are Mon-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a full-time, direct hire role, with a salary range of $48-55k plus full benefits and paid time off. Highlighted Duties:
  • Online Sales Management: Oversee the online store & inventory uploads daily.  Logging into platforms daily such as Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon to check for inventory and product accuracy.  Enhance product content and address any alerts and/or warnings.
  • Customer Service: Provide backup for the receptionist, answer customer calls, manage emails, and assist with product knowledge inquiries.
  • This role will be the main point of contact for specific accounts.
  • Sales Support: Verify pricing, enter purchase orders, manage backorders, and assist in soliciting sales from current or prospective customers.

Highlighted Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.  Two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management or related field in preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Preferred NetSuite proficiency, or other previous ERP system experience.
  • Strong organizational & multi-taking abilities.
