Trinity Springs, a 150-unit senior living community that opened in 2019 in Oxford, Florida, is hiring an experienced Full-Time Business Office Manager to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for the business office functions including processing new employee onboarding, payroll, maintaining payroll records, managing benefit enrollments and basic HR support. You will also serve as the site contact and work with the home office on resident billing. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong problem solving skills.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position. Shift: Day

Business Office Manager responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding of new hires from point of hire through first few days.
  • Conduct HR portion of New Hire Orientation and process new hire paperwork.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and make corrections to employee time cards when needed.
  • Work with and assist home office billing staff in all aspects of resident billing, payments, and account questions.
  • Manage the revenue cycle of the business office and serve as the go-to person for billing processes. Process bank deposits.
  • Coordinate benefits communication and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefit enrollments and benefit related needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Business Office Manager requirements:

  • 1+ year of payroll experience required. UKG experience a plus.
  • Some HR administrative experience required.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with employee benefits a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical abilities and computer skills.
  • Positive communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.
