Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage all marketing leads provided
  • Strong sales skills with proven track records

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls daily
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfer, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements
  • Associate graduate/ Job related majors (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Must be licensed in Property and Casualty within the first 30 day
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
