DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR NIGHT SHIFT

This is a full-time position working nights, and we offer an alternating schedule that provides you with the flexibility of enjoying a three-day weekend every other week.

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

As our Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our industrial machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently. Your day will involve performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues. You'll collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime, maintain motorized equipment, and ensure a safe working environment. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing repair approaches, training colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. By actively participating in safety and team meetings, you will help foster strong internal relationships and drive the success of our facility, ultimately benefiting the production team and the organization as a whole.
