We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team and contribute to our company's success. The Technician will play a crucial role in performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, vehicles, or machinery to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on mechanical components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Document all repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts used accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training/certification in automotive technology or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components, and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
