Invenio seeks a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.   9. Edit, proofread, and refine content as necessary to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards.
  10. Evaluate and measure the performance of content and marketing strategies against organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  11. Assist in developing branding materials and tools for tradeshows and events to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
  12. Lead the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and leveraging internal processes effectively.
  13. Collect and analyze consumer behavior data such as web traffic, email click-through rates (CTRs), and LinkedIn engagement to inform content and marketing strategies.
  14. Understand and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to empathize with customer pain points and identify unmet product needs, enhancing marketing effectiveness.
  1. Qualifications/Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is required.
  • Four+ years of related marketing or communications work.
  • Knowledge in the health care/ medical industry preferred.
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, landing pages and content development.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with content writing, social media applications, such as LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, InDesign, web analytics
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Ability to travel as necessary
