This role will provide crucial support in the recruitment process by handling scheduling, onboarding, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent office and phone skills and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.What the position offers:

What you’ll be doing:
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient use of time
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, facilitating new hire paperwork, and coordinating with various departments
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing candidate databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
  • Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience
  • Perform office duties related to the recruitment process, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and maintaining a professional environment
Who we’re looking for:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiar with standard office equipment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred but not required
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
