The Management Team is committed to providing wages, benefits, and a positive work atmosphere to the Associates so they can fulfill the service mission of providing our members and guests genuine hospitality and personalized service

In this role you will (but not limited to):

The primary role of the position is to establish a Men's Locker Room environment, which showcases a superior level of cleanliness, world-class locker-room services, & the pinnacle of the Westbrook Country Club Golf experience.

  • Able to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the locker room
  • Cleaning, caring for, and restoring athletic shoes, golf, and dress shoes
    • Performs personal services including shining shoes and adjusting golf shoe spikes.
  • Attend to locker room and fitness center needs of club members and guests.
  • Ensures the safety and security of all members and guests’ personal property.
  • Issues lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed.
  • Maintains a list of occupied lockers; provides a billing list to the accounting office
  • Maintains an inventory of supplies including shampoo, body wash, shaving razors, mouthwash and linens, etc
  • Maintains availability of these items on a daily basis.
  • Warmly receives and greets members and guests.
  • Maintains locker area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Washes restroom floor; wipes mirrors and walls; cleans basins, lavatories and showers.
    • Restock supplies including tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, and after-shave lotion
  • Transports towels to and from laundry area/ Washes/Dries folds towels for use in Locker Rooms
  • Maintains regular communication with the Golf Shop
  • Regularly monitors tee times via Foretees
  • Assign lockers for guests
  • Provides access to the Fitness Center
  • Report repair needs for Fitness and Lockers to the Facility Director

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long lengths of time
  • Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
