Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Awake Night Staff and ensure adequate coverage for units and control desk
  • Provide operational and logistical management of Awake Night operations
  • Ensure site safety and security by enforcing staff alertness and awareness
  • Complete nightly facility checks and document maintenance issues
  • Be responsible for hiring, evaluations, commendations, reprimands, and dismissals regarding supervised staff
  • Review and approve time and attendance for supervised staff
  • Assist with developing supervised staff by conducting training and action plans in specific job functions

Requirements:

  • At least 60 hours of college education, with a BA/BS degree preferred
  • At least four years of security-related experience and at least two years of supervisory experience
  • Desire to work with troubled teens
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
