Social Media Management:

    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
    • Regularly update profiles, cover photos, and bios to ensure consistency and relevance.

Content Creation and Curation:

    • Develop monthly social media content calendars in alignment with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content.
    • Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to supplement brand messaging.

Engagement and Community Building:

    • Implement strategies to increase follower engagement, including contests, polls, and user-generated content campaigns.
    • Foster meaningful interactions with followers, customers, and influencers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
    • Monitor trends and best practices in social media engagement and incorporate them into the brand's strategy.

Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates across social media platforms.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Event Coverage and Content Creation:

    • Attend company fundraising events and other relevant gatherings to capture engaging content for social media.
    • Produce live updates, behind-the-scenes stories, and real-time posts to showcase the company's involvement and impact.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create post-event content, including highlights, testimonials, and thank-you messages for sponsors and attendees.
    • Utilize event content to drive ongoing engagement and support for the company's charitable initiatives across social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hubspot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
