The Digital Content and Data Administrative Assistant will assist with Hope the Mission’s social Media accounts, social media campaigns, and day-to-day social media operations including user engagement and driving traffic to our website.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced in all Excel Functions (Required)
  • Experience with content creation for social media. (Required)
  • Experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro/Adobe/Etc.) (Required)
  • Experience with photo editing and media-generating software (Adobe Photoshop/Canva/Etc.) (Required)
  • A creative and keen eye for photography and design.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices across all major platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with modern web code is preferred.
  • 3 years of office experience is a plus. Hand illustration is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email blast practices (preferably MailChimp) is a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the upkeep of all Social Media accounts for Hope the Mission (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc..).
  • Assist in social media campaigns that align with the team's marketing initiatives.
  • Upkeep day-to-day social media initiatives, including writing and posting diverse content.
  • Assist in optimizing user engagement and driving traffic to the website.
  • Assist in designing campaign flyers and digital catalogs.
  • Assist in maintaining the internal corporate brand and the consistency of our message and goals.
  • Assist in upkeeping website content.
  • Photograph / videograph for ads, campaigns, and activations.
  • Create amazing imagery and copywriting for email content.
  • Create the content layout and schedule email campaigns.
  • Assist in developing new project concepts and designs for staff uniforms and merch.
  • Cross-analyze donor database.
  • Assist with data entry.
  • Report pulling from donor database based on outlined insights.
  • Receipting monetary and in-kind donations.
  • Attention to data entry detail.
