Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Creator Intern to join our in-house creative agency. As a Digital Content Creator Intern, you will support the development of various projects, from concept to completion, and handle production steps along the way. You will work closely with our creative team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and UX professionals, to deliver high-quality content that meets our brand's visual identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of digital content, including videos, animations, and graphics, for B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce content that aligns with our brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Work on pre-production design, production/animation, and post-production video editing/motion graphics support.
  • Develop a working knowledge of video production pipeline, visual theory, industry-standard techniques, technologies, equipment capabilities, and software (Adobe CC).
  • Ensure consistency in content creation while working within approved strategy and Lumen's visual brand identity.
Requirements
  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating August 2027.
  • Preferred fields include but not limited to: Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Visual Media Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, RTVF, or related field.
  • Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 - August 8, 2025).
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic branding concepts.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed sense of visual language.

We offer a competitive hourly-based pay range of $22.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on education, location, and experience.
