We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Manufacturing Design Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Design
Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful production of our products. You will be responsible for aiding in the
design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems. This includes creating designs, conducting
tests, and analyzing data to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. The manufacturing engineer will also collaborate with
various departments, such as design and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine design specifications and requirements
 Create detailed engineering drawings and diagrams accurately.
 Execute prototyping and testing of new designs, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during production phase
 Generate CAD models and 2D drawings for product development and testing
 Create and maintain product documentation, including design specifications, assembly instructions, and technical
reports
 Train and mentor production staff on manufacturing processes and best practices 
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
 8 years minimum proven experience in manufacturing design engineering
 Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
 Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
