- Work closely with CTO to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. This involves defining project scopes, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership by making informed decisions on architecture, design, and technology choices. Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and employs efficient development methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders (e.g., product managers, clients, and upper management), ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and needs. Align development efforts with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the quality of the software being developed by implementing code reviews, ensuring adherence to testing standards, and maintaining high-quality code. Ensure that the final product meets or exceeds performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Education and Experience:
7+ years’ experience leading a team and developing/coding software:
Multiple clients and solutions
