Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummer Pediatrics is a well-established, growing pediatric practice in Stamford l Connecticut. We are a short drive to New York City and Boston. We are seeking an FT or PT Pediatrician or APRN to join our practice. We currently have 3 full-time physicians. Currently, the call is shared equally among the 3 FT physicians. Competitive salary and benefits to start.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Treats and evaluates patients with childhood illnesses and promotes the child's and family's health.

· Performs pediatric histories and physical examinations; interprets diagnostic tests and x-ray results.

· Decide patient referrals and monitor outcomes.

· Documents care clearly and accurately within the medical record.

· Demonstrates knowledge of the age-related differences and needs of patients in appropriate, specific populations from neonate through adolescence and applies them to practice. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients/families.
