Job Title: In-Office Plumbing Support Specialist

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of commercial plumbing systems, encompassing installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  3. Familiarity with pertinent regulations and codes governing plumbing work, such as building codes and safety standards.
  4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with various departments.
  5. Strong problem-solving acumen, adept at identifying issues and implementing timely solutions.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  7. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  8. Proficiency in utilizing plumbing tools, equipment, and computer applications for record-keeping and communication purposes.
  9. Physical endurance and agility to undertake plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Job Summary: We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee plumbing operations within our office facilities. The primary responsibility entails providing support to the field supervisor and office staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Additionally, the candidate will play a pivotal role in bid creation, material procurement, and ensuring accuracy in scope of work. This role requires someone with substantial expertise in commercial plumbing, capable of offering assistance and accurate guidance as needed. Responsibilities also include reviewing camera inspections and drafting detailed reports based on field data provided by plumbers.

Working Conditions: This position primarily operates in an office setting, with occasional exposure to construction sites or outdoor environments. The candidate may need to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays to manage emergencies or supervise special projects. Physical exertion, including lifting heavy objects and navigating confined spaces, may be necessary.
