Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Automotive Systems Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced vehicle systems, as well as supporting testing and updates of vehicle equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems down to the component level
- Perform equipment updates to support system testing
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and services
- Communicate technical findings to engineering staff
- Complete pre-drive and post-drive vehicle inspections
- Maintain clean work areas and vehicles
- Participate in daily team meetings
- Accurately manage time entry and reporting
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in: " Maintaining and repairing vehicle systems " Diagnosing and fixing newly integrated vehicle components
- Proficient with maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and special repair tools
- Ability to work from technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions
- Competent with MS Office and technical report writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Automotive Engineering Technology or a related field
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification
- Familiarity with GM Diagnostic Tools

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
