  • Perform quality assurance; Process review, process analyses, and internal control testing; Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to enhance resource flow.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to team writing, implementing, and updating processes.
  •  Improve/monitor to discover issues and deliver better value to the customer and for tax purposes.
  • Analysis and review of financial transactions for troubleshooting and correcting errors in the organization’s Bank Accounts, Bank Recs, Credit Cards, A/R customers’ reimbursements and rebates, and accounts reconciliations.
  • Review customer contracts cost allocation lines, ensuring proper and timely booking revenue recognition and invoicing, reconciling customer’s receivable and payables accounts.
  • Analyzing aging reports.
  • Customer support and advice to the company’s clients in areas such as rebates, proficiency evaluation, monetary system, and reporting.
  • Assist in reviewing financial statements for internal and external reporting, preparation, and distribution of schedules and supporting materials for the quality/annual internal and external auditors.
  • Assist with monthly Global Consolidation and reporting of subsidiaries, external Reporting, and intercompany consolidations.
