We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team and oversee concrete lifting operations.


As the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew in the successful completion of concrete lifting projects. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete lifting techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate daily operations, manage crew members, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Management:** Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete lifting projects, from planning and setup to execution and cleanup.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and supervise a crew of technicians, ensuring that all members are performing their duties effectively and safely.
- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols and guidelines on the job site, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- **Quality Control:** Inspect and monitor work to ensure it meets or exceeds company quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during the project.
- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure complete satisfaction with the services provided.
- **Equipment Management:** Operate and maintain concrete lifting equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in proper working order.
- **Problem Solving:** Troubleshoot issues that arise during projects, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and other unexpected challenges.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, materials used, and crew performance, and report to the operations manager.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete lifting, leveling, or related construction fields, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of concrete lifting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- **Leadership Abilities:** Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
- **Safety Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and other safety protocols relevant to the concrete lifting industry.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to think quickly and resolve issues that arise on the job site.
- **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, operating equipment, and working in various weather conditions.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and crew members.
- **Licenses/Certifications:** Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications related to concrete work or safety are a plus. A C-class drivers license is required to drive. Willing to help get license for the right candidate with the proper experience.
