Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary: Julio Jones Kia is seeking a motivated and self-sufficient shop custodian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable and have a proven history of employment performing a multitude of automotive shop cleaning tasks such as operating a floor machine, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, stocking supplies and any other duties to keep the shop running clean and smooth. This role requires excellent communication skills, performing daily tasks with little direct supervision, attention to detail, and a passion for doing an excellent job in every task they receive.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining our two automotive shops, the parking lots and the service drive on a daily basis to a high standard.
Manual labor will be required on a daily basis.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an automotive shop preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.


Working Conditions:

Full-time position with flexible hours, but no weekends.
Work is performed in a dealership environment with exposure to automotive parts and equipment.
Physical activity is required, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
