Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Viking Contractors LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and representing our brand to homeowners. We are seeking driven and self-motivated individuals who are eager to face challenges and enjoy high rewards. While previous roofing or sales experience is not required, a genuine desire to earn more and excel in a competitive environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set your own schedules and follow through with homeowners professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet with homeowners at their residences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct roof assessments to evaluate storm damage and insurance claim viability (training provided).
  • Manage documents and forms efficiently, and maintain an organized schedule using Google Calendar.
  • Act as a mediator between insurance adjusters and our customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Own smartphone and reliable transportation for home visits.
  • Ability and willingness to climb roofs for assessments (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
