We are seeking an In-Person Parts Specialist to join our team Applicants must be organized, detail oriented, willing to learn and able to work in a fast pace environment. Knowledge in Accounts Payable a Plus  

Responsibilities:

  • Must work effectively with co-workers, vendors and delivery drivers
  • Order and receive parts as requested by the auto collision advisor
  • Ability to review invoices, matching and coding
  • Distributes parts to the auto body repair technicians
  • Properly tags and sorts parts as received
  • Promptly processes core returns and part returns to the vendor
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between returns and actual credits received
  • Verify receipt of incoming parts as to identification, quality and quantity
  • Maintains parts storage area in a clean and well organized fashion
  • Data entry required for entry of invoices, credit memos and notes
  • In addition to working with the parts department, the position will also be working with the accounting department

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must have strong computer and internet skills
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in Ops Parts Solution, Parts Trader and CCC One a plus

Compensation based on experience
