Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and supporting store management in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Support store management in achieving sales goals, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Operate brake lathes and other store test equipment, performing various in-store services for customers, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle to make deliveries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in automotive parts and sales.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide accurate information to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multitask, handling customer inquiries and transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index systems is a plus.
- ASE certification is desired, but not required.
