Onsite Logic is seeking individuals who are knowledgeable in the IT tools and technologies used by small businesses. If you want to use your skills to really make a difference and help businesses grow, this might be the team for you to join.

In particular, we are looking for the people who might say yes to one of these questions:

  • Do you enjoy helping clients grow their IT solutions to help improve their productivity?
  • Are you a leader working in help desk environment, and you are tired of the constant push to just put band-aids on issues?
  • Do you enjoy working with clients to address issues and implement a secure strategic plan for their future IT needs?

Job Purpose:

To help small business owners grow their businesses and implement amazing new technology tools to solve problems, make employees more productive, promote security and stability and win at business.

Responsibilities:

With other Onsite Logic team members:

  • Help small business owners map out a strategy for IT systems and tools to help them grow and exceed their business plans.
  • Implement those systems.
  • Keep things secure and stable.
  • Document everything.
  • Maintain and address issues with the current systems and tools.
  • Support and train the business owner and their team.

To be successful in this position, candidates must have experience in the following areas:

  • Network Infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Windows Server and Desktop OS
  • Basic to advanced understanding of CyberSecurity Concepts
  • Microsoft EntraID/Azure Administration
  • Basic to advanced Project Management Skills


The successful candidate must be able to understand how to formulate a plan for addressing any and all of the systems used by small businesses. We are not looking for someone who knows everything (no one knows everything). We are looking for the individual who can assess the situation, determine, build and COMMUNICATE a plan to address issues, remove roadblocks, and lead to success.


This position is a hybrid position, working both remote and onsite at our client's locations.

Our goal is to help our clients confidently and boldly win at business by providing secure solutions and timely and relevant information on trends in IT and specific reports and information on clients’ systems through our Strategic IT Security Program.
