Reporting directly to our Clinical Director, the BCBA will serve as a member of the clinical team providing support and supervision to assigned behavior technicians. Primary duties include:

  • Completing patient assessments;
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans;
  • Providing clinical oversight and supervision of assigned behavior technicians;
  • Collaborating with patient treatment teams to review case progress; and
  • Providing caregiver trainings.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • BCBA Certificate (Required)
  • Michigan LBA (Required)
  • One year's experience managing an ABA-patient caseload is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong leadership and management abilities
