We are in search of the next talented, and dynamic Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Dover, NJ area and be a part of our Family

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests for patients with Cardiac conditions such as HTN, Heart Failure etc.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Recommend medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with state regulations
- Provide education patients and care mangers on preventive care measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record system
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services

Experience:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey

- Valid DEA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiology NP
- Experience working with Geriatric patients

- Experience working in a nursing home is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time/1-2 Days per week

Pay: From $650.00 per day

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
