  • Formulate emails and responses to customers, travel agents and potential prospects.
  • Receive and make calls to customers, travel agents and potential prospects.
  • Must be able to travel by Airplane, Ship, Rail, Bus or Transfers while accompanying groups traveling with Majestic Millionaires Travel Agency.
  • Must be able to work with paid overtime, afterhours and odd evening hours and on-call when managing group trips with Majestic Millionaires Travel Agency.
  • Create and maintain trips in the Axus Travel App.
  • Must be able to solve travel issues when customers have an emergency during travel.
  • Must be able to accurately create and maintain several supplier user accounts for our Travel Agents.
  • Must be able to attend In-person and Zoom meetings (with camera on) to take notes, maintain the chat session and answer questions when asked.
  • Must be able to book flights in our booking platforms and forward to customers.
  • Assist with creating and scheduling domestic and international travel for individuals and group.
  • Assist with creating presentations, itineraries, and other important documentation about travel.
  • Assist with managing individual and group accounts within the travel industry applications.
  • Create and manage error-free professional documents regarding customers' travel, collections, or marketing /advertising.
  • Work collaboratively with other Majestic Millionaires Travel Agents to provide real-time feedback support.
  • Develop or enhance relationships with potential and existing travelers of Majestic Millionaires.
  • Must have knowledge of Canva.
  • Must have knowledge of Social Media Accounts and post on behalf of Majestic Millionaires Business and Travel Agent Pages.

Qualified applicants (must be able to demonstrate)

  • Must take and pass the Travel Test which is administered in the office.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment, administrative, or other related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must be able to navigate Google (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Sharing Collaboration, Folder Management).
  • Must be tech-savvy to follow explicit instructions, troubleshoot or use and explain how to use various devices (PC, Mobile Device, Website, URLs, email, hyperlinks).
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Desired - Knowledge of geography (Continents, Countries, Cities, Islands, bodies of water).
  • Coordinate special events for travelers (domestic and international).
  • Must be adaptable to changes, agile, and ready for the next change.
  • Must be a high-level thinker and problem solver while providing a possible solution.
  • Must be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
  • Must be punctual and respectful of time deadlines, a self-starter and forward thinker.

Experience:

  • Required - 5 years office experience
