Job Summary:

The Entry-Level Complaint Investigations Tech will be responsible for handling returned products, investigating customer complaints, and documenting findings in the Complaint Handling System. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with a technical background in the Medical Device/Biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely unpack and sort returned products by product line.
  • Investigate customer complaints on products like blood glucose meters using troubleshooting equipment (e.g., multi-meters, oscilloscopes).
  • Document investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
  • Perform routine maintenance on quality records and testing equipment.
  • Follow SOPs and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in electronic troubleshooting preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong documentation and focus on repetitive tasks are essential.
