Job Summary

GForce Life Sciences seeks a skilled Complaint Investigations Technician to investigate customer complaints and resolve product quality issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize returned products according to product lines.
  • Investigate customer complaints with thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Document all complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
  • Analyze products using troubleshooting equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to share findings and solutions.
  • Follow work instructions and SOPs diligently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Maintain focus during investigations.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills to navigate Internet programs and Excel.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
  • Experience in the Medical Device/Biotech Industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Troubleshooting preferred.
  • Fast learner with the ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Good computer skills, including data entry of investigation results.
  • Ideal for candidates with Manufacturing, Inspection, and Assembly experience.
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or other Science preferred.
  • Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related subjects will be considered.
