Complaint Resolution Specialist

Job Summary
GForce Life Sciences seeks a skilled Complaint Investigations Technician to investigate customer complaints and resolve product quality issues.
Responsibilities:
- Organize returned products according to product lines.
- Investigate customer complaints with thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Document all complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
- Analyze products using troubleshooting equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to share findings and solutions.
- Follow work instructions and SOPs diligently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Maintain focus during investigations.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills to navigate Internet programs and Excel.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
- Experience in the Medical Device/Biotech Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Electronic Troubleshooting preferred.
- Fast learner with the ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Good computer skills, including data entry of investigation results.
- Ideal for candidates with Manufacturing, Inspection, and Assembly experience.
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or other Science preferred.
- Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related subjects will be considered.
