We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker - LISW to join our practice
At Ageless Counseling you become part of a caring team with supportive care. Together we strive to offer mental health services to our communities. We do the hard part, so your focus is all on your clients. We will handle the marketing, billing and electronic health records in accordance with HIPPA. We will also take care of insurance verification, new referrals, marketing and business support.
Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
Qualifications:
- Must be a LCSW
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields (Minimum of 3 years)
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and self-directed
Important Information:
- All independent contractors must either be credentialed with insurance companies for billing or willing pursue insurance credentialing with guidance.
- Any clients entered into Ageless Counseling Practice software are protected by HIPPA and become property of Ageless Counseling unless client requests to end services.
- All independent contractors must maintain all necessary licensures for practice including by not limited to all social worker licensures/ driver's license/ vehicle insurance/ Personal liability insurance.
- This is your practice; we do not have a lot of requirements, but we ask you to offer the gold standard of mental health, be self-motivated and want to be part of a team

Breakdown of Full time vs. Part time
Full time = 12 or more sessions per week
Part time = 11 or less sessions per week
*Hourly pay range is based on individual insurance contract.

She has helped clients with issues of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, OCD, life transitions, developing coping skills and other concerns. She utilizes a number of techniques and therapies including patient centered, strength based, CBT, validation & reminiscence therapy, and mindfulness. Linda has been certified as a PTSD therapist, an Aging Consultant and is trained in EMDR. Her approach is open, accepting, honest and affirming. Linda’s goal with each client is to find “fuel for their soul” in hopes to help them move forward.
