Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Provide initial patient assessments and participate in performance improvement activities.
- Contribute to the interpretation of performance improvement data and provide clinical supervision as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Masters degree in social work or counseling and licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC).
- Supervision training to provide clinical supervision in the program.
- Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services and strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive-behavioral therapy concepts.
