Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow your customer base and achieve sales targets.

  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and any other ways you see fit

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and following up on leads in a timely manner

  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our exterior new construction and remodeling services to potential clients

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism

  • Maintain accurate and up to date sales reports through the CRM program and sharing information with your sales manager daily

 

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business ownership and/or face-to-face direct sales preferably in the construction industry

  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close sales deals

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive

  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within specified deadlines

  • Knowledge of construction products and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients

What we offer:

  • This is an UNCAPPED commission only position with potential for residual income and bonuses. $100K-$110K realistic first year earnings. (details discussed during the hiring process)
