Job Title: Face-to-Face Marketing and Sales Agent Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Face-to-Face Marketing and Sales Agent Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our company directly to potential customers through in-person interactions. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote our products or services, and ultimately close sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with prospective customers in face-to-face interactions at designated locations such as events, trade shows, retail stores, or other venues.
  2. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Actively approach and initiate conversations with passersby to generate interest and qualify leads.
  5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our offerings and be able to address any inquiries or concerns from customers.
  6. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
  7. Provide accurate and detailed information about pricing, promotions, and product specifications.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  10. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to confidently engage with diverse individuals and adapt communication style as needed.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel to various locations within designated territories.
