Remote Care Manager RN openings with a major health plan in the McAllen, TX and surrounding areas Starting ASAP Apply now with Silvana M. at A-Line

**Must live in Hidalgo county or near one of the following cities: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, or Weslaco**

Hours: Normal work week (40hrs) M-F, 8-5CST; no overtime required
Pay Rate: $36 - $42 hourly

Job Description / Details:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Member outreach/follow-up, transcribing of assessments, member care coordination, partner with internal matrix business partners to improve quality
    • Identify special needs members through the completion of health screens and other resources.
  • What previous job titles or background work will in this role?
    • Care Manager, Case management, Hospital, or Home Health experience


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Registered Nurse in Texas (Must live in Hidalgo county or near one of the following cities: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, or Weslaco)
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • Case Management

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • Hospital or Home Health experience
  • Managed care experience
  • Bachelor's in Nursing
