The Komline Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts during an exciting phase of growth and digital transformation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive brand audit, developing a cohesive marketing strategy, and defining a roadmap for execution that effectively communicates Komline's value proposition across our diverse business segments, including recently acquired brands. 

Initially, you will lead the agency selection process and oversee the brand audit and marketing strategy development project. Subsequently, you will manage the implementation of the recommended strategies, either through an agency partnership or by building an internal marketing team, with a focus on unifying the brand narrative and messaging across all Komline subsidiaries and acquired companies. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct a thorough brand audit to assess Komline's current brand positioning, messaging, and market perception across its various business segments. 
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that unifies the Komline brand and resonates with our target audiences across various channels, including digital, content, and traditional marketing. 
  • Lead the agency selection process for the brand audit and marketing strategy development project, evaluating potential partners based on their expertise, industry experience, and alignment with Komline's objectives. 
  • Manage the agency relationship and project execution, ensuring effective collaboration, adherence to timelines, and measurable results. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and demonstrating a strong return on investment (ROI). 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and identify opportunities to enhance Komline's marketing capabilities. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing marketing initiatives and agency relationships. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including website optimization, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. 
  • Experience with Marketing automation and Salesforce CRM is desired. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with brand audits, marketing strategy development, and agency management is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with AI platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Azure Machine Learning, and leading generative AI tools. 
  • Ability to identify and implement AI use cases that can enhance marketing efforts, such as dynamic content personalization, predictive lead scoring, and AI-driven content optimization. 
  • Knowledge of best practices for integrating AI and generative AI capabilities into existing marketing processes and workflows. 
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact and ROI through the effective use of modern marketing technologies and AI-powered solutions.
