What you will do

The role of US Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Operations, Agency Engagement is critical to maintaining and evolving our Agency Program within our Content Strategy eco-system and Fit for Purpose model. The role focuses on accelerating our brand/creative agency partnerships through centralized management to deliver consistency, sustainability and best impact for our brands and business units. The Senior Manager will supervise program governance of our primary creative partners, mid-tier and boutique agencies. Strategically, the role will identify and cultivate key cross functional partner relationships and program evolution to deliver the benefits of a guided buying model.

The role will be responsible for leading the Agency Engagement program pull-through and execution for our creative agencies, print and fulfillment. The Senior Manager will work within the organization to identify additional categories for program expansion supporting consistency, governance and resource utilization.

Additionally, the Senior Manager will prioritize agency optimization and the overall program optics including performance reporting, productivity and adherence. This role will also be responsible for program education enhancements, for both internal marketers and external agency managed partners to effectively extend the principles of agency management.

Success will be achieved through cultivating and building close cross partner collaboration, including the Content Strategy Team, GSS, Regulatory, Marketing Brand Teams and our Agency Partners. For the external partner building success will be measured in part by striking the right balance of being direct while building a positive environment for the agency to do business in. Role is empowered to continuously evolve our ways of working, anticipate brand requirements and deliver solutions for outsized impact.

  • Drive best-in-class Agency Engagement Program and principles with business partners to support brand strategies and requirements.
  • Evolve appropriate supplier cohort to maximize Fit for Purpose model and support Global with Local strategy.
  • Manage collaboration between the marketing teams, the creative agencies, and our production partner/GSC for effective content applications.
  • Effectively lead change management as defined by leadership, including communication pull through, training, engagement plans, and measurement aligned to reinforce adoption and adherence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure creative agency alignment to business strategy.
  • Delivery on productivity targets, operational efficiency and program expansion
  • Reinforce value proposition of our current centralized agency management tools for
  • Performance measurement and feedback
  • Agency SOW management and benchmarking.
  • Lead team of motivated members, strong talent base, implement personal development plans and training that support business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing experience

OR

Master's degree and 4 years of marketing experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing experience

Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agency services, marketing or content production.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver in a complex and geographically distributed environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to diversity and inclusion.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
