Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for an PLC Controls Technician in the Booneville, Mississippi area.  This position will be responsible for PLC troubleshooting, process improvements, editing PLC programs, and writing some PLC programs.  This is a direct hire position on 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Edit logic for HMI displays for machines and remote interfaces
  • Assist with manufacturing set-up & inspection of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and program motor drives
  • Creation of quality / inspection documentation
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting / repair of PLCs and HMI's

 

Education & Experience

  • Associates Degree in Automation or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with ABB, Siemens, Pro-Logic or Similar
  • Prior electrical maintenance experience with PLC, HMI, and systems w/ Factory Talk or similar
