AIO LOGIC is hiring for a Revenue Operations Manager

This position is a remote position but will require travel to the office in Chicago at least once a quarter for a couple of days.

The Revenue Ops Manager is responsible for bringing people, data, and processes together under a cohesive revenue strategy and performance tracking structure.

  • Obtain and gather data from various sources into consolidated lead database
  • Create and manage email campaigns and gather and report on email related analytics
  • Define and oversee sales ops protocols, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Develop processes, workflows, and data flows that enable effective capture and tracking of revenue performance. Train revenue teams on processes and protocols and ensure team adoption.
  • Work closely with sales teams, tech teams, and other relevant departments to monitor business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership on revenue generation activities and performance

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of sales operations or revenue operations experience
  • Very strong SQL, data management, and analytical skills, to include data aggregation and structuring, defining KPIs, managing data sets, and building reports and dashboards
  • Experience designing and managing workflows
  • Experience designing and setting up multi-step email and drip email campaigns
  • Strong strategic planning and "big picture" skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very strong CRM management skills, and strong competency with Learning Management Systems, Sales Intelligence Systems, and Sales/Marketing Automation Software
